The company owns a production facility equipped with specialised equipment. The Fitodoctor production complex is a powerful, large-scale facility of 3,245 m². Eleven modern manufacturing lines operate on site, supported by a team of highly qualified specialists.
Our production capacity allows large output volumes per shift (based on 21 working days):
Creams:
70,000 units per shift — over 1,470,000 pieces per month.
Shampoos:
30,000 units per shift — over 630,000 pieces per month.

Modern reactors, emulsifiers and homogenizers:
High-tech equipment provides precise control at every stage — from heating and mixing components to creating homogeneous, stable emulsions. Cosmetics get a delicate texture, even active distribution and retain quality throughout the shelf life.
Filtration and production environment control systems:
They help maintain proper production conditions and cleanliness at every stage of manufacturing.
Modern filling and packaging equipment:
High-precision dosing machines fill finished products into tubes, PET bottles or Doy Pack pouches without direct hand contact, guaranteeing accurate weight for every unit.
Packaging and labelling lines:
Automated labelling systems ensure ideal geometry and appearance of the finished bottle, while packaging lines prepare products for shipping in reliable corrugated boxes and pallets.

Consumer safety is our top priority. An on-site laboratory checks raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products against internal company standards. Every Fitodoctor product undergoes multi-level quality control at every stage according to the strictest standards:
